Trauma sensitive yoga targets the physical aspects of trauma as well as the mental, unlike many traditional therapies. It can help survivors feel safe in their own bodies again.

Support Animals
The healing power that animals have is undeniable. That’s why support animals are used to empower survivors and many others.
