    Tapping

Tapping is a stress-relief technique that combines principles from acupuncture with psychology. The basics of tapping consist of tapping one’s fingertips repeatedly on specific meridian points on the body.

  • Trauma Sensitive Yoga

This holistic approach modifies traditional yoga to address trauma and PTSD by encouraging agency and fostering a more positive relationship with one’s body. Trauma sensitive yoga targets the physical aspects of trauma as well as the mental, unlike many traditional therapies. It can help survivors feel safe in their own bodies again.

  • Support Animals

The healing power that animals have is undeniable. That’s why support animals are used to empower survivors and many others. Service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are all different types of support animals. They each have different roles, abilities, and responsibilities, but all of them help survivors thrive.
