Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop
Offering survivors a free, virtual yoga practice that is gentle, grounding, and can meet them where they’re at.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify or rest at any time, and engage in ways that feel grounding and accessible. These sessions center on cultivating awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of calm without physical adjustments, pressure or judgement.

What To Expect:
- a safe and supportive space with recommendations for restorative poses while tuning into our breath
- no experience is necessary
- beginner-friendly language and poses
- other healing activities such as sound baths
- no expectation to do the yoga a certain way
- we invite modifications to poses and listening to your body
- cameras are not necessary, but encouraged!
