Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop
April 21 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm PDT

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed session designed to support safety, choice, and nervous system regulation. This virtual practice will emphasize slow, supported postures held from 2 to 4 minutes, with invitational language and options throughout. This free, virtual yoga practice is gentle, grounding, and can meet survivors where they’re at. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify or rest at any time, and engage in ways that feel grounding and accessible. The session centers on cultivating awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of calm without physical adjustments, pressure or judgement.
Yoga workshops take place on the third Tuesday of every month
There is no experience required to join us, and we invite modifications to poses and listening to your body. Workshops are facilitated by certified yoga instructors, who will intentionally use language for beginners and survivors specifically.
