Sound Healing Fundraiser with Rakhi Mistry
April 25 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm PDT

Join us virtually or in-person for this relaxing and healing fundraiser for Survivors.org.
Participants will be guided through the ancient healing practices of sound meditation, restorative yoga, and intentional breathing to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and overall well-being. This experience is designed to gently reduce stress, cultivate presence, and create space for physical and emotional restoration.
Through the use of specific sound frequencies and vibrational instruments — including crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks — participants are invited into a meditative state that may help calm the nervous system. Many people report sensations of ease in the body, reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and a greater sense of balance and clarity.
This session is rooted in trauma-informed care, offering choice, autonomy, and accessible practices for all bodies and experience levels. No experience required. Just come as you are!
All proceeds go towards funding Survivors.org programs and administrative costs. Funds will help us continue to provide free groups to survivors all around the world, keep Survivors.org online, and change the culture around sexual violence.
